What happens during my first appointment?

During your first visit, one of our medical aestheticians / providers will do a skin or wellness consultation. They’ll review your goals, medical history, any contraindications, and discuss which treatments are best for you (neurotoxin, fillers, laser hair removal, IV therapy, etc.). We’ll also map out a personalized plan for optimal results.

Yes — all treatments are performed by trained and licensed professionals. Before administering neurotoxins or dermal fillers, we ensure you’re medically cleared. You may experience mild swelling, redness, or bruising afterward, which typically subsides in a few days. We’ll give you detailed aftercare instructions to minimize discomfort and promote healing.
The number of sessions varies depending on your skin type, hair growth cycle (for hair removal), or skin concern (fine lines, pigmentation, texture). For laser hair removal, most clients need multiple sessions spaced several weeks apart to catch all growth phases. We’ll provide you with a treatment schedule so you know what to expect.
Our policy is available on our website. (You can see it under “Cancellation & Refund Policy” in the footer.) Generally, to avoid any cancellation fees, we ask for notice at least 24hrs in advance. Refunds may depend on the type or timing of the service. If you believe you deserve a refund, please contact us and we’ll review your case.

Enjoy 20% off all services, plus your $99 monthly fee is applied as a credit toward the service of your choice.

Includes one complimentary HydraFacial per month, $8/unit neurotoxin pricing (30-unit minimum), $100 off each filler syringe, 20% off facials and skincare, priority booking, birthday perks, referral rewards, and loyalty points.

 

Total Wellness Membership – $400/month (6-month commitment)
Includes two IV therapy infusions, two Red Light Therapy sessions, two Vitamin B12 injections each month, plus 15% off peptides, 20% off additional services/products, and exclusive member perks like birthday gifts, referral rewards, and loyalty points.

We also provide financing options for clients who want to break up payments. For details on eligibility and terms, please see our financing page or speak with a staff member.

Preparation depends on which service you’ve booked. Generally: avoid blood thinners (if safe), alcohol, intense sun exposure; stop certain skincare actives if advised. After treatment, follow protocols: avoid strenuous activity, hot tubs, direct sun; use gentle cleanser; apply any recommended creams or serums; follow up appointments as scheduled. We’ll provide specific instructions related to your service.
